What is covered by my vision insurance plan?
Most plans will cover a yearly routine eye exam, some will cover every 2 years. Some plans will give a yearly allowance to cover materials such as frame and lenses, or contact lenses. The amount depends on individual plan you have signed up for. We will pull your benefits and inform you of your coverage amounts at the time of your appointment.
What is covered by my medical plan?
Your medical insurance covers any office visit that is not considered routine vision, whether it be for testing or any medical issues that you are seen for. Please note you will be responsible for any part of your balance towards your deductibles or coinsurance.
